Founded in 2016 by John Endersby MRICS, a chartered Building Surveyor who is a specialist in Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and Building surveys, having practiced primarily in this skill throughout a career that now spans over 30 years, much of that working for major national surveying firms. John is a sole practitioner now at Ajenda TDD, with a network of trusted specialist professionals to call upon to work with him as part of larger survey teams when required.
John's experience covers all types of commercial and residential property, across all market sectors for Investors, Occupiers and Lenders, with a regional focus in the UK on London and the Home Counties, but with a track record extending to many other regions of the UK, and to some extent Europe.
As well as direct Client instructions, Ajenda TDD can work on a sub-consultancy basis for larger surveying practices, particularly on large portfolio instructions, as a trusted and reliable sub-consultant to assist where additional short term resource may be needed.
Ajenda TDD can advise buyers who require pre-acquisition surveys of any type or value of residential property, including RICS branded survey products such as the Homebuyer and Condition reports.
